I charge one flat fee for coverage: $200.
I don't play games with varying levels of feedback.
I don't offer "grande" feedback for twice the price.
For $200, you'll get all my thoughts on your script.
I try to be concise, but you'll still get at least 6 pages of notes.
I don't waste time summarizing your script for you. You know what it's about.
I don't say PASS or CONSIDER or RECOMMEND.
I do always tell you what I like.
I will let you know if an element just doesn't work for me.
But I always do it in a supportive and respectful way.
I respect writers. I AM a writer.
All of the above applies, except:
For one hour pilots, the rate is $150 for at least 5 pages of notes.
For half hour pilots, the rate is $125 for at least 4 pages of notes.
I charge $75 an hour for ongoing consulting. You can send scenes, outlines, notes, etc. for constant feedback as you write and revise your scripts. You remain in full control and ownership of your projects. I'm just there to assist. Fee caps limiting the total hours I spend can be arranged in advance.
